La Maison Blanche is a delightful, brand new villa in the ancient village of Paraza which is situated alongside the famous Canal du Midi - pictured below - in the south of France. With a private swimming pool, garden, shaded terrace and private parking for two cars, this is a superb holiday home.

Inside, the villa is finished to a very high standard. There is an open-plan living area with a ceiling that opens up to the beams, a state of the art kitchen, three double bedrooms, one with en-suite bathroom. Although newly-built, La Maison Blanche is a welcome addition to the unspoilt village of Paraza.

La Maison Blanche is just a short walk from the village shop, which sells groceries and bread, and a little further to the two restaurants. In Paraza, there are lots of activities to enjoy - you can play boules or tennis, or enjoy horse riding at the newly opened ranch on the edge of the village. Paraza is also a great location for exploring the Languedoc with Carcassonne, Narbonne, Béziers and the Mediterranean beaches all within an easy driving distance.
